  • Jonathan is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced agents we've ever worked with. My wife and I recently purchased a home in South Orange and Jonathan prepared us for everything. He was patient and understanding when it came to areas of the home-buying process we were unfamiliar with. And was never pushy. It's obvious working with him that he only wants the best for his clients. This was also true of the mortgage broker and attorney Jonathan works with. The process was truly streamlined as the name of his real estate team suggests. By the end of the deal we can honestly say that Jonathan has become a friend.   • We worked with Jonathan for our recent single family house purchase. It has not been an easy task in such a market but Jonathan has been very helpful in the whole process. He always appeared on time for many weekends for open house visits and did not push us to make any decision without thinking carefully. He even suggested us to back off from a house based on the inspection report result. He also recommended us pretty good attorneys and mortgage brokers, it has been pretty smooth to get the deal finally done. Even though Jonathan is only the second real state agent we have worked with so far so we don't have a large sample pool, based on our experience, he is a responsible and knowledgeable agent who can surely help you in your home buying journey.
